Do you offer samples before I make a full purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see how our flooring looks in your home's unique lighting. You can order up to five samples for a small flat fee, which is fully refundable upon your first bulk order.
How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
To calculate your needs, multiply the length of your room by the width to get the total square footage. We recommend adding a 10% 'wastage' buffer to account for cuts, corners, and future repairs.
What is your shipping policy for large flooring orders?
Large orders are shipped via LTL freight to ensure safe handling. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. We offer curbside delivery, and you will receive a tracking number and a scheduled delivery window once your order leaves our warehouse.
Can your flooring be installed over radiant heating systems?
Many of our luxury vinyl and engineered hardwood products are compatible with radiant heat. However, specific temperature limits and installation methods apply. Please check the 'Technical Specifications' tab on the product page for compatibility details.
What is your return policy for unused boxes?
We accept returns on unopened, resalable boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply to certain collections.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Allure Flooring is a product retailer, and we do not provide direct installation. However, all our products come with comprehensive DIY guides, and we can often recommend certified local contractors in your area upon request.
